Walter E. Palmer, CFI, CFE, CPP, is the founder and principle of PCGsolutions, a training and consulting firm for retail loss prevention.  Walter has twenty years of experience in retail loss prevention, operations, and inventory control. Walter is also co-founder of LossPrevention  Magazine and serves in an on-going role as Contributing Editor. 

Palmer received his B.S. from Eastern Kentucky University in Security and Loss Prevention and is a Certified Forensic Interviewer, Certified Fraud Examiner, and Certified Protection            Professional.  He is also a member of the ASIS International Retail Security Council serving as Chairman from 2000 to 2002.

In addition to his loss prevention background, Walter is actively involved in the field of           performance improvement and training belonging to the International Society for Performance Improvement, the American Society for Training and Development, and the Society for Human Resource Management.
