The following is an example of a custom-tailored association sponsorship at the Diamond Level. These elements are a sampling only and IAI will work with your organization. This example should be used as a guide to help assist in creating the best model for your company. Timelines and other details will be developed in the sponsorship agreement.
Marketing
· Solution Provider Facts – Targeted e-mails sent to the IAI “decision maker” members on behalf of the sponsor announcing a new product or service (quantity to be determined based upon the sponsorship level)
· Video Interviews – 3 minute interview that is features on the home page for 30-days
· Social media – Promotion of the sponsor’s company via our Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn groups
· Advertising – Mention of sponsorship in IAI ads
· IAI ads will feature custom sponsors in every ad run in various venues (i.e. LP Magazine, etc)
· Banner Advertisement – Banner Advertisement on the association Website, www.iaofi.org
· Journal Advertisement – Full page advertisement in the IAInsider Journal
· Logo Placement – Logo on both the www.iaofi.org Website and the IAInsider Journal
Certification
· Re-certification Center – Future Re-certification Center exposure
· Logo exposure to all CFIs (Currently 1235)
· Re-certification center will be THE portal for CFIs to enter their education credits with maximum traffic visibility to the sponsor
Sales Assistance
Referrals – Introduction to key decision makers via personal introductions (sponsor to identify top three companies)
Body of Knowledge
· White Paper Creation – Submit a white paper on a topic approved by the IAI
· White paper will be e-mailed to all members along with publishing the paper to the association’s permanent body of knowledge and resources section
· Guest blog – Ability to write a guest blog on the IAI Website
· Guaranteed visibility to all IAI members
Event Visibility
· Onsite Presence – Presence at every IAI event including banners and appropriate signage
· Speaker Introduction – Introduction of a key speaker at one of IAI’s events
· Event PPT – One Full-screen PPT slide in rotation at IAI conferences and events throughout the year
· Event Media Releases – Inclusion in all event media releases noting charter sponsor status
· Advertisement – Full page advertisement in the IAInsider Journal
· Elite Training Day Privileges –
· Full Registration: 10 Individuals
· Company listing by sponsorship level in the Elite Training Day Conference brochure and Website
Sponsorship Monitoring
· Yearlong monitoring of progress to sponsor goals is included in the custom sponsorship package. IAI will work with the sponsor to ensure that the goals set by the sponsor are realized.
